Terms Of Service
These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at 10KBux.
When registering at 10KBux, you confirm you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.
Do not send unsolicited email (SPAM), this will not be tolerated and your account will be deleted. If you have had no prior contact with the person you are emailing your affiliate link then you should NOT send them your affiliate link.
You must register only one account. If you have multiple accounts, all your accounts will be deleted. If you have forgotten your password then visit the 'forgotten password' page and request a new password.
You can refer a member of your household, they must however be using a different IP address.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account at any time, for any reason and without notice.
All payments are made via AlertPay.
By joining www.10KBux.com , you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. You are not an employee of www.10KBux.com nor are you an independent contractor for www.10KBux.com .
We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service at anytime without prior consent or notice.
This Terms of Service (ToS) document is divided into the following areas:
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password through the ‘forgot password’ link, we will send you your password to your email.
1.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
1.3. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
1.4. Accounts are not transferable.
1.5. 10KBux will not modify user account information based on user request.
1.6. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2. REFERRALS
2.1. You may refer as many people as you want.
2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses.
2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4. You can only purchase referrals when they are available. Cost of free referrals will be displaced in the purchase page, whenever they are available.
2.5. We only sell free referrals that are active in the past days. However we cannot guarantee that all purchased referrals will always be active.
2.6. Purchased referrals do not have a return policy.
2.7. You only earn from direct referrals, referred directly by you or purchased.
2.8. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.
2.9. Referrals should not be transferred to any other member account. If the referrals are found to be transferred by or to any member, those referrals will be taken away and the respective member accounts will be suspended and no refunds will be given.
3. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
3.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
3.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take it's own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
3.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at 10KBux.
4. PAYMENTS TO USERS
4.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay or Paypal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
4.2. All payments will be made processed fast upon request within 7 days for Upgraded members or within 30 business days for Standard members after being requested.
Payments may get delayed if the payment processor services are down.
4.3. The minimum payout amount for Upgraded members is $2.00 USD.
The minimum payout amount for Standard members is $2.00 USD. The user must accumulate this amount before the user can request for payout.
4.4. Eligibility of Payment is directly related to the clicks the user make before each payment request.
The user need to click at least 18 advertisements being a Standard member or the user need to click at least 10 advertisements being a Upgraded member, to get eligibility for each payment. If the user do not get the required clicks before requesting payout, then their payment request will be cancelled and no payments will be issued. The user can request again after the user completes the required clicks.
4.5. The user should request only ONE payment at a time. If the user requests more than one payment at a time, the first payment will be processed and the rest of the payment requests will be deleted and the amount will be forfeited.
4.6. We are responsible only for submitting the user’s payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
4.7. The user must have a correct and existing AlertPay or Paypal email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address.
4.8. After requesting a payment, the user must wait till the user completes the required clicks depending on his membership, before requesting another, as stated in 4.4.
4.9. If you recieve payments from 10KBux, you need to post your payment proof in our support forum. Failure of your previous payment proof in our forum will result in your next payment request being cancelled and the requested amount will be cancelled and added back into your account. You can request again after posting your payment proof in our forum. If you have not posted payment proof after three cancellations, your payment request will be deleted and the amount will be forfeited.
4.10. Some Asian members (from Japan, China - where most of cheating attemps coming from) will have to upgrade into any of the memberships to recieve full payments.
If you come from that part of Asia and if you are not an upgraded member when you request for payout, you will only be paid 25% (25 percent) of the minimum payout amount, which equals to $0.50 USD and the rest of the amount requested will be forfeited. This change is due to numerous cheater accounts coming from these countries. We are not interested in banning these countries just because of some members, but still we have to add this restriction for our site's safety.
5. ADVERTISEMENTS
5.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code or redirect to another page.
5.2. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
6. PAYMENTS TO 10KBux
6.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.
6.2. All payments are non-refundable.
6.3. Payments made to 10KBux using AlertPay are confirmed by your AlertPay email.
6.4. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.
6.5. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
7.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
7.2. All suspended accounts will have their balance reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
7.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
7.4. After 7 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 30 days of inactivity. If the member is not clicking any ads for a period of 7 days, the member account will be temporarily suspended.
7.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. 10KBux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to 10KBux and therefore beyond our control.
8.2. 10KBux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
8.3. 10KBux will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
9.1. Cookies will only be used to store your preferences.
9.2. Your email address will not be shown, given or sold.
9.3. Your personal email address will only be used for 10KBux to communicate with you and to send you password in case you request it.
9.4. Your AlertPay email address will only be used for 10KBux to send you your requested payments and to confirm what you buy.
9.5. Your user password will be stored in an irreversible format.
9.6. Your user password will never be shown, sold or given.
9.7. 10KBux is not responsible for any of the contents in advertisements shown at 10KBux. This applies to all advertisement information we may display.
9.8. It's your responsibility when you click an advertisement link, click a link inside the advertisement page or browse the advertisement contents.
9.9. All advertisements are the responsibility of its advertiser and you must comply to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
10. GENERAL
10.1. US citizens and International users are allowed, except where membership is prohibited by law. All members must be at least 13 years of age. 10KBux does not discriminate anyone based on race, nationality, or religion.
10.2. You are not an employee of 10KBux and you are not an independent contractor for 10KBux. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or 10KBux has the right to terminate this relationship at any time. You are not partners, employees, or sales representatives for 10KBux. Members have no legal authority to conduct business, solicit offers, or otherwise represent themselves as a partner or employee of 10KBux.
10.3. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any given reasons (such as cheating, fraud activities, spamming, harrasing or abusing site or owners, hacking and harmful activities to the site, etc) with or without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be terminated without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future 'wall of shame'.
10.4. Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading membership, purchasing advertisements like banner ads, link ads, etc and purchasing intangible items like unreferred members are non-refundable.
